When you spend your week opening appliances up, you learn quickly which ones are worth selling. You see which coatings survive a dishwasher, which motors are sealed units and which can be serviced, and which manufacturers still supply parts three years after a model is discontinued. That knowledge decides the stock list here more than any margin does.

Cookware is listed by coating, piece count and oven safety. Countertop machines are listed by capacity and power draw. Where a component is a consumable — a filter, a pad, a seal — we say so, because a machine you cannot get consumables for is a machine with an expiry date.

We do not claim a lifespan for any product. Nobody can, and the ones who do are guessing.

Orders ship within the United States. The shipping policy page carries the free-shipping threshold, the flat rate and the handling window; the return and refund policy page carries the return window and how a refund is issued, including for an item that arrives faulty.
